Goodwill Customer Satisfaction Survey

Public Service Survey

The Goodwill Customer Satisfaction Survey serves many purposes. It helps customers express their thoughts, and it also allows Goodwill to learn from its customer base. The questionnaire was produced by Service Management Group that specializes in formulating surveys. Those who are interested in taking the survey can find it at amazinggoodwillshopperfirst.com.

The survey is used to meet and exceed customers’ expectations. It also gives Goodwill stores the opportunity to find out if their staff has weaknesses that need to be addressed. For example, management might learn that their employees are not as welcoming as they should be. This can help the store integrate different training tools to enhance the way employees interact with customers.

  • What a wonderful upgrade change at your Amazing 76 South Elgin store! So super clean and organized beyond prior visits!
Staff so very friendly and helpful. Stephanie served me at register and I told her how great the store was looking, she really appreciated that. I’ve never sent a comment prior to this one and may do so in the future. Perhaps you could let Stephanie and some others from the So.Elgin visit the Carpenter’s location; they could use some help in cleaning up their end. I realize some places may be understaffed or perhaps over whelmed with merchandise but I think they need help.

Thank you for GoodWill, you’re wonderful as an organization!
