  • I had horrible experience in shipping Rx to India. It reached on time but was not delivered because of some KYC (Know your customer) documentation. I didn’t know you need to provide IDs of the persons receiving materials in India. What is worse is that even after providing that information it is left to custom authorities on when to release the medicine.

    I am sure this has happened to you before. FedEx must have prior experience. My beef is that you did not warn me about it. .Now the Rx is stuck in the customs and there is nothing we can do. I called the KYC’s international number it is always engaged.
