  • We just visited Burger King. The manager is a sweetheart anything you need she is there with a smile. Store #5777 We always see her and she is the biggest help. She makes your store worth visiting.

  • I have trying to complete this customer survey for a while, but I can’t. My comment is that I ordered a double sour bacon King and wanted no onions. It was put on the order, but when I got home there were onions all over my sandwich. I had to throw it away, because onions make me sick.

  • I noticed your tag on the front door of no loitering and that 30 minutes is allowed to consume my food. I take GREAT offense to this ruling. My family and I go out to eateries so we have a large table to sit at and visit with each other. We are NOT in a hurry nor should you expect us to be. Family time can be spent at other eateries. You do your own business harm by trying to enforce such a thing as a limitation for me to spend my hard earned money and then place uncaring rules on me and mine. Shame!

  • The store on South Himalaya, Aurora, Colorado, which we frequent at least four times a week has turned into a store we will no longer go to. The rudeness of just one employee will prevent us from giving that store our business. I believe the employee is related to the owner of the store.

  • I am always dissatisfied with BK. In the past year I have only been there one time due to my food either not being fresh or it is cold. Today I went due to craving an original chicken sandwich. I asked for a fresh piece of chicken to be dropped, due to me knowing they sit up there a while after made which causes the lettuce to get yucky and brown. I know this because I worked at BK during high school. Well once again, I got a chicken sandwich that was not fresh and had brown lettuce on it. My fries were not hot either.   • I am so dissatisfied with Burger King in Grand Forks, ND. I took the survey on 1-18-2018 and complained about the service and the manager at the Gateway Drive location.I have never heard back from any BK representative as promised. I called the 32nd Ave location in February and talked to the manager and was promised to be taken care of and still no results that was promised. I guess the survey only pertains to good comments and not complaints. If this is the way customers are treated at BK they will not see another dime from me and I will be informing others of my experience and to use McDonalds instead. They care about there customers!!!

None has called me yet. He responded they celled and none responded.{Earlier I saw staff walking in the store but they did not come in my area] My order was replaced with hot product.

  • Store 9850 – All three of the cheese whoppers we ordered were cold. The bun was stale, the cheese was not melted and the lettuce was wilted. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We will definitely never return to this location.

  • #4856 Stockbridge, Ga. people very rude. As we walked up to the counter the server said she was ready to go she was tired of serving people today. Asked for salt and pepper, gave us one of each ,asked for a knife was told they didn’t have any but another customer asked and she looked and found them one. Attitude was very bad. We will not be going back to this Burger King ever.

  • I went to the bk on fri, march21 at bk #4470. my experience was awful. my sandwich was cold and the workers was rude and the rest room was nasty . I don’t go to this bk very much ,maybe this was a one time thing but it was my decision not to go there any more.
